Teachers
An effective teacher never stops learning. The day a teacher stops learning, he/she ceases to be a teacher. An effective teacher demands creative enhancement of knowledge, skills and technologies. In today’s technologically driven world, the knowledge base keeps expanding at an extra ordinary pace. Technology helps the teachers to keep up with the changing scenario and adapt innovative methods of delivering lesson. There should be systematic reflection on the teaching – learning process so that teachers can keep abreast of new challenges and acquire a new range of skill. NPS recognizes this problem and equip the teachers to use new technology with care and confidence.
Field Trips
Field trips help student to interact with what they are learning. The experience goes beyond reading. Field trips also provide entertainment for students. Breaking away from the routine provides kids with a refresher which help them to focus on studies in classrooms. Not all the student learns the same way. Some students are able to understand how something works only by seeing a demonstration or viewing it in real life. So at NPS we take students to regular field trips and excursions.
Teachers and Trainers
Children are our future and it is imperative that we develop allrounders who can contribute to society. The importance of teachers is enormous during the formative years of children when they first step into school. Realizing this aspect at NPS we select the best teachers and trainers in the field and help them to attain new techniques.
School Assembly
The school assembly starts at 9:20 a.m. All the students should be in a line on the place provided to each class along with the class teacher. The class teacher will verify the neatness and the uniform of the students. After the school prayer, students have to take the pledge in the assembly. Important news of the day will be read out and a speech will be delivered by student as scheduled. Principal addresses the students and staff.
